Social Ministry reaches out beyond the walls of Zion into the community to families and individuals who may need extra support.

A Team of volunteers work throughout the year with various agencies in Morris County providing support to families and individuals who may need help financially or a helping hand through difficult times.

The social ministry also provides Easter baskets and Thanksgiving baskets to local families along with collecting coats for the annual coat drive for the Market Street Mission in Dover. 

The third weekend in October the stand at Ort's Farm is run by Zion Lutheran Church to raise funds for their Social Ministry program.
